    Harry Lennix

    He is best known for his roles as Terrence "Dresser" Williams in the Robert Townsend film The Five Heartbeats (1991) and as Boyd Langton in the Joss Whedon television series Dollhouse. Lennix currently co-stars as Harold Cooper, Assistant Director of the FBI Counterterrorism Division, on the NBC drama The Blacklist.

    Patrick McInnis

    Patrick McInnis has been involved in ensemble and one man shows for over 25 years in the Tampa Bay area and across the country. One of the area's best known instructors for improvisation, Patrick has performed and directed hundreds of improv shows as well as taught hundreds of improvisers in the area.Patrick performs with The Third Thought and directs Troupe X weekly in Tampa and is also an instructor at American Stage in St.Petersburg.

    Libay Pugh

    Received her MFA from The University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and is a cofounding ensemble member of Congo Square Theatre in Chicago. As a Chicago performer she worked at The Goodman Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare, Steppenwolf Theatre, Lookingglass, Milwaukee Repertory, Milwaukee Shakespeare, and First Stage Milwaukee. Since her move to NYC she has continued to appear onstage regionally at Shakespeare on the Sound, Peterborough Players, Centerstage, Baltimore Shakespeare and Classical Theatre of Harlem. Her television credits include Law and Order SVU, One Life to Live and Jack’s Big Music Show. She is currently working on the TV pilot Platinum Wigs.

    Andre Minkins

    Andre Minkins is an actor, director, producer, writer, and the founder of the theatrical touring company, 7AM Productions. Since receiving his Masters of Fine Arts degree from the University of NC at Greensboro, he has performed in, written, directed, and produced numerous plays accross the U.S. Besides touring with his own company, he has worked with other national touring groups performing theatre and poetry. Currently, Mr. Minkins is an Associate Professor, and a coordinator of Drama at Winston Salem State University. He has taught at other institutions including Livingstone University, Shaw University, Tennessee State University, and the University of Arkansas. He has also done workshops and camps across the country, reaching out to share the gift of theatre with all ages. He is considered one of the foremost authorities on Black Theatre Festivals in the country, having been mentored by the late Larry Leon Hamlin, founder of the oldest continuous black company in the Southeast, The NC Black Repertory Company, and creator of the largest gathering of African Americans in theatre in the world, the National Black Theatre Festival. He is on the board of the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival, Festival Stage Winston Salem, and the DC Black Theatre Festival, where he has benn both Artistic Director and Festival Coordinator. Lastly, he is a mentor and consultant to numerous former students, actors, and organizations that are involved in film, television, and theatre, including the Tampa Bay theatre Festival.

    Darcy Britton-Kant

    In 2005 she relocated to the United States from London, England. She has started her career as a talent agent for a large Tampa based agency and has now been an agent for nearly 10 years.She has also worked with the Nordstrom Corporation as their runway coordinator and has been a freelance runway coordinator for various events around the Tampa Bay area with local designers, artists and celebrities. She takes such joy in celebrating the phenomenal talent within the local community.

    After spending a year in New York working with various Fashion PR companies, as an event and runway coordinator; she was offered a position at Level Talent Group a little over 5 years ago. Known as a specialized Film and TV agency, this would be a new adventure. Using her background and passion for theater, she was able to connect with the actors and adapt easily to her new role. After a year she became Agency Director and has booked talent on many different episodic series, such as Ravenswood (ABC Family), Under the Dome (CBS), Burn Notice (USA), Reckless (CBS) and films such as Last Vegas, Hunger Games: Mocking Jay. As Agency Director of Level Talent Group she made it her mission to develop talent to the highest potential. During her tenure at Level, it has risen to become one of the top agencies in the southeast region.

    This year Level celebrates its 11th year anniversary. With her commitment to her talent in this industry, one filled with smoke and mirrors, She has always stayed true to herself and her talent.
